An absolutely perfect stay! Went for a few nights and everything was perfect. So many lovely amenities which shows such care for the customers. Any issues or problems they could not be more helpful and went out their way to make sure you feel safe and protected. Had a wonderful time and would use this hotel every time for my trips to Cardiff!

This was a great room to stay at. Location really close to the centre, but quiet and at the river. Great for morning runs along the river. Market right in front of the door on a Sunday. The room was clean and quiet. The owners made sure we could get in touch with them easily and someone came and replenished the tea and coffee every day and made sure we had clean towels.I would mention that this room is not wheelchair accessible. And the space is a bit tight if there is two of you trying to navigate a lot of luggage as well.

Booked for a surprise trip to Cardiff to see family. We wanted somewhere in town so we could walk around and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere.The location is perfect for that. The check in was easy although we did check in earlier than we were supposed to (an error on our part) which threw them of a bit when they came to confirm the room was ready and we were in it!We had no issues finding on street parking but you do have to pay for that separately. If you were to take the train in to Cardiff you can walk to the building easily enough.The only issue we ran into was physically getting to the room. No fault of the the hosts - I didn't look into the actual room location close enough - we had to go through the building, down narrow stairs, out the back to a separate building and up very narrow stairs. Not so easy at my age with a couple of hip replacements. In hindsight I may have tried to find another place had I known that (I believe it was the only room left in the building when we booked.The bed was comfortable and there were enough amenities for us to have snacks and cups of tea without issue.Would definitely stay here again (if another room was available). If you're young and mobile then it's not an issue!

Great flat, simple booking process, self-check in via code, great communication. Also the flat looked exactly as the pictures. Good location in the city center, minutes from Cardiff Castle and pedestrian area. We had a room in the back house and it's been very quite. Street parking was also fine and always available. beside the charged parking street at the front, there are also some free parking (3.30pm to 10am) at some streets in walking distance.Also 3 EV charging providers (with 2 sockets each) are in walking distance.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Will definitely be staying again.Only bits of feedback I have are. I was in room 2. I couldn't find the room, it's accessible from outside. Maybe pop a sign up so room can be found easily.Bigger towels could be a great option. A bigger guy and struggled with the smaller towels
